terms of service.

These terms govern your use of Plan (the "Service"). By publishing content through the Service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. the service is free and provided as-is.

Plan is offered free of charge and on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uptime, that any given plan will remain accessible indefinitely, or that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

2. your content, your ownership.

As between you and us, you retain all right, title, and interest in and to the content you submit ("Content"). We do not acquire ownership of your Content by hosting it. You grant us only the limited right to store, reproduce, and serve your Content back to you and to whomever you make it available to, solely to operate the Service as you have configured it (public, private, or via a share link).

Public means public. Anyone who has the URL of a public plan can read it; treat that URL as published, not secret. Private plans and share links remain accessible to anyone holding the applicable key or link until it expires or you revoke it. We are not responsible for content you choose to make public or for links you share with others.

3. acceptable use and abuse.

You may not use the Service to publish or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, or that contains malware, or to use the Service in a manner that abuses, degrades, or overburdens it (including automated abuse, excessive load, or attempts to circumvent account or storage limits). Accounts have storage and rate limits to deter abuse and protect the Service for everyone; a 413 or 403 response means a limit has been reached, not an invitation to work around it.

We may remove Content, and may suspend or terminate an account, without notice, where we reasonably believe this section has been violated or the Service is being abused. Anyone can report a plan with the Report link on its page. A removed plan stops serving for everyone, its author included, and its author cannot restore it. They see the reason in their account.

4. availability, changes, and discontinuation.

Because the Service is provided free of charge, we may modify, suspend, or discontinue it, in whole or in part, at any time and at our sole discretion. If we discontinue the Service entirely, we will give at least thirty (30) days' advance notice, and during that notice period you will be able to export or download your Content in a usable form before the Service is turned off.

Deleted plans sit in a recycle window and are permanently purged after 7 days; after that they are no longer recoverable from our storage.

5. changes to these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
